1. General

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) and defines the terms of providing access to the software Full MapHack for iCCup Dota 1 (Warcraft III) (the “Software”) via maphack.site (the “Site”).

By using the Site and paying for access you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Definitions

• Administration — the owners of the Site providing access to the Software.
• User — a person using the Site and/or having access to the Software.
• HWID — a unique identifier of the device on which the Software runs.
• License — the right to use the Software on one device (one HWID) for the paid period.

3. Subject

The Administration grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Software for the chosen period; the User pays for it the amount shown on the “Buy” page.

The standard period is 30 (thirty) days from activation. Other periods are available on request.

4. Price and payment

The current price is shown on the Site. Payment methods (USDT TRC20/TON, HUMO bank card) and payment details are available to registered users in the “Buy” section.

Payment is deemed made once the Administration confirms the transfer. Payment system and network fees are paid by the User.

5. How access is provided

1. The User pays for the chosen period and sends the HWID via Telegram.
2. The Administration activates the key for that HWID — usually within minutes, up to 24 hours.
3. The User runs the Software and uses it for the paid period.

6. Refunds

The Software is a digital product. If the key has not been activated (access not provided), the payment is refunded in full upon request. After the key is activated no refund is made, except where required by law.

7. User rights and obligations

• The User may use the Software for personal purposes on one device.
• It is prohibited to resell, transfer, publish or distribute the Software and access keys to third parties.
• It is prohibited to decompile, modify or reverse-engineer the Software or bypass its protection.
• Moving the license to another device is done by the Administration on request.
• The User is solely responsible for complying with game server rules and applicable law.

8. Liability

The Software is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party servers, the absence of restrictions from gaming platforms and anti-cheat systems, or the safety of the User’s game account.

The Administration is not liable for bans imposed on the User by third parties or for consequences of using the Software in violation of game server rules.

The Administration’s liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid period.

9. Changes

The Administration may change these terms. A new version takes effect when published on the Site. Periods paid before the change are served under the previous terms.
